Your longevity markers

Five numbers that tell us how you are aging.

We measure them before your first session, build your program from them, and retest so the next number means something. Everything is retested every six months.

VO₂ Max

Excellent

Above the average 30 year old man.

Top 4% for his age and sex. Up 1.6 since March.

One of the most important longevity numbers, and the one with the most science behind it. Every client sees their own version of this screen after every test, with each marker placed against people their age.

How we test

VO₂ Max

One of the most important longevity numbers, and the one with the most science behind it.

Grip Strength

A good reflection of your overall body strength.

Strength & Power

We start losing power twice as fast as we lose strength.

Movement

We look at how you move first, because that decides what your workouts are going to look like.

Work Capacity

Your overall body endurance. Somewhere in between your strength and your cardio.

How it works

Test. Program. Retest.

Nothing here gets copied from a template. Every session is programmed by your coach around what your assessment shows and what you want out of training.

01

Assess

Before your first session we run a full assessment: how you move, your cardiovascular fitness, and your strength and power measured with professional grade velocity tracking.

02

Program

Your program is built around what the assessment shows. If something is restricted, we work around it and address it. If your foundation is solid, we build on it.

03

Retest

Every six months the full assessment repeats, VO₂ max included, and your program gets updated around what we find. If it's going up, we're doing our job. If it's not, we change the plan.

The Everlive Method

Your program starts with your data.

Before your first session, we run a full assessment covering your movement, your cardiovascular fitness, and your strength and power. These are your longevity markers. That data shapes your entire program and gets retested. What you need from your training in month three is different from what you needed on day one. The numbers tell us when to shift.

What we measure

Five markers, explained.

VO₂ Max

One of the most important longevity numbers, and the one with the most science behind it.

In simple words, this tells us how good your cardiovascular fitness is. The higher your VO₂ max, the lower your chances of cardiovascular disease, cancer, and metabolic disease. That is why we care so much about this number.

Grip Strength

A good reflection of your overall body strength.

When we test your grip you are not only using your hands and forearms. Your whole body has to come together as one unit to squeeze the dynamometer. That is why this tells us about your overall body strength. There is a lot of research linking a stronger grip to living longer.

Strength & Power

We start losing power twice as fast as we lose strength.

Strength is how much weight you can move. Power is how quickly you can move that weight. You can be strong and still be slow. You can see it in how fast someone gets out of a chair. In real life it matters even more. If you trip, you need to be fast enough to react and catch yourself. Power and strength go together, but they are two different things, so we train both. Measured with the same velocity tracking professional teams use, from submaximal lifts, so there are no risky max attempts.

Movement

We look at how you move first, because that decides what your workouts are going to look like.

That tells us which exercises fit you, and it tells us a lot about your starting point. It is one of the reasons your program is not the same as anyone else's.

Work Capacity

Your overall body endurance. Somewhere in between your strength and your cardio.

It sits between the two. When we put your strength and your conditioning together, this is how well the whole thing holds up at once. It is also one of the fastest numbers to move, so the work shows up quickly.

Where every program begins

Four steps.

01

Movement screening

We look at your mobility, flexibility, and how your body moves under different demands. If something is restricted or compensating, we want to know before we build anything on top of it.

02

Program

Your program gets built around what the screening shows us. Nothing here gets copied from a template. Every session is programmed by your coach and built around your needs and your goals.

03

Train

Private sessions at your home or at a private facility in West Palm Beach. Every session is programmed with a purpose. You will always know what you are working on and why.

04

Rescreen

Every six months, the full assessment repeats. Your mobility may have improved. New patterns may have developed. We want to know either way, and your program gets updated around what we find.

How they compare

Both include the full assessment and a program built from it. The difference is how you train: with your coach in the room, or on your own through the app.

About Everlive

A program should exist before the session starts.

Every client deserves to know what they are doing that day and why. Their program should be waiting for them, built around their assessment and their goals. When you know what you are training for and adjust based on what the numbers say, the results follow.

Questions

Before you apply.

Still have one? Ask it in your application and Damjan will answer personally.

What makes Everlive different from a regular personal trainer?

Every program is built from your data: a movement screen, VO₂ max, and velocity based strength and power testing. Never a template. Every six months we retest everything and adjust your program around the results, so what you do is always tied to where your body actually is.

Where do sessions take place?

In your home across West Palm Beach, Palm Beach, El Cid, SoSo, and Flamingo Park, or at a private training facility in West Palm Beach. Protocol members train anywhere through the Everlive app.

How much does it cost?

The VO₂ Max Test is $250. If you join the Protocol within 30 days, it is credited toward your first month. If you become a private training client, the test is included as part of your assessment.

What is a VO₂ max test, and why does it matter?

VO₂ max measures how efficiently your body uses oxygen during exercise. It is one of the strongest predictors of how long you'll live and how well you'll function as you age. We test it at intake and every six months as part of your full Longevity Assessment, so we can see in real numbers whether your training is working.

Do I need to already be fit to start?

No. We assess exactly where you are and build from there, whether you're returning from an injury, starting from scratch, or already advanced. Your program is built for you, at whatever level you are starting from.

What's included in the Everlive Protocol?

The Protocol is for clients who want to train on their own, from anywhere. You get custom programming delivered through the Everlive app, rebuilt every two months, plus the full Everlive assessment: movement screening, velocity based strength and power testing, and VO₂ max. You also get direct support from your coach for form, questions, and anything else you might need.

Can I train with Everlive if I travel or live elsewhere?

Yes. Private clients can train with us over Zoom, and Protocol members have their full program in the Everlive app with coaching support along the way. Whether you are traveling or based outside Florida, your training comes with you.

How do I get started?

Apply through the form on this site. If it's a strong fit, you'll have a short intro call, then your intake assessment. Your first session is the start of your program.
